Exchanges and Returns

At CriptoVibe, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help!

Return Policy

  • Return Deadline: You have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.
  • Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, without signs of use or washing, without odors, with all labels and in the original packaging. CriptoVibe is not responsible for the misuse, maintenance and conservation of the same.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase or you can choose a voucher of the same value to use in our online store. The refund processing time may vary between 5 and 10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Deadline: Exchanges can also be requested within 14 working days after receiving the product.
  • Conditions: Items to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were received, with no signs of use or washing, no odors, with all labels and in the original packaging. CriptoVibe is not responsible for the misuse, maintenance and conservation of the same.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product. If the item is not available, you can opt for a refund or choose another product of equivalent value.

How to Proceed

  • Contact: Send an email to geral @criptovibe.com with the following information:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • In case of exchange, indicate the desired product

  • Product Shipping: We will provide you with instructions for shipping the item. Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defect or shipping error by CriptoVibe.
  • Confirmation: Once the product is received and confirmed, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as requested.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund, whichever you prefer, if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
